I placed an overseas order and LolaFlora called to tell me that the specific flowers I had ordered had not yet “opened” and would I like to substitute them for something else. They sent a text to let me know the flowers were out for delivery and another text when they had actually been delivered and the name of the person who had received them Without a doubt I will use LolaFlora again

The people receiving the bouquet thought it was lovely and very fragrant and with a vase; on of the nicest they received I was told. Only downside was the selection was limited, I would have preferred a larger bouquet. Otherwise perfect. Thanks... this worked out MUCH better than when I tried to order via FTD.
