I was very impressed by the personal service. I placed an overseas order and LolaFlora called to tell me that the specific flowers I had ordered had not yet “opened” and would I like to substitute them for something else. They sent a text to let me know the flowers were out for delivery and another text when they had actually been delivered and the name of the person who had received them Without a doubt I will use LolaFlora again

Ordering for delivery to Florence Italy was very easy, their app was easy and international friendly; delivery time and date was as promised. The people receiving the bouquet thought it was lovely and very fragrant and with a vase; on of the nicest they received I was told. Only downside was the selection was limited, I would have preferred a larger bouquet. Otherwise perfect. Thanks... this worked out MUCH better than when I tried to order via FTD.

Envío súper rápido. Las flores preciosas tal cual se muestran. Además el florero té viene grabado con el motivo que escojas. Un acierto seguro para cualquier ocasión. Muchas gracias!!

En cuestión de atención y formalidad en cuanto a trato me parece un muy buen trabajo, pero en cuestión del producto, quedo algo decepcionado, en la especificación menciona que el producto lola197 está conformado por 5 rosas blancas, 20 lilys y 30 astroemerias moteadas y en el producto entregado, es bastante menor la cantidad de lilys, llegando a un máximo de 14 piezas, no sé qué se pueda hacer al respecto. Agradezco su ateción y espero su respuesta.

¡Pésimo servicio! El mensajero me llamó para que saliera hasta su auto a recoger el pedido preguntando por el destinatario (no sé que entiendan por envío a domicilio). Flores asoleadas y medio marchitas...

Buen detalle que la tarjeta venga escrita a mano , un pero en la entrega , si lo van a traer a las 15:00 en punto seria de agradecer enviaran mensaje por ejemplo " será entregado a partir de las 12:00" y así no estar pendiente desde las 9:00" gracias y saludos
