El ramo de flores llega en perfecto estado, y el mensajero que lo entrega, fue muy amable. De echo, tengo que enviar otro ramo de flores y vuelvo a repetir con lolaflora.

At the end I accepted a bouquet of two colors: red and orange. So it was a surprise that was a delivery of a bouquet of lilium, roses and carnations. This was a nice bouquet but completely different from that agreed. Liliums are not the preferred flower of my dear girlfriend. Also the canal to communicate with you was not perfect. Telephon voice went and come, WhatsApp canal opened on south America help desk, a mail signed an italian telefon number that was unknown. You can be better. All the personal was kind but automatic choice not good. Last things: I have installed your app on the telephone but no use for manage that problem and the telephone line was worst

O*** S*** 29-03-2019Ordenar el arreglo fue sencillo, me gusta que den opción de ordenar en ramo o en florero. Sin embargo el color de las flores debería ser opcional. Solicité por correo que sustituyeran las blancas por naranjas, contestaron que sólo puede ser como en la imágen. Creo que nada les cuesta reenviar el requerimiento a la florería que se hará cargo y que ellos evalúen la posibilidad según existencias, no están cuidando la satisfacción del cliente. Es muy diferente decir que no se puede a que se hará lo posible. Al fin y al cabo el arreglo se entregó con otros colores de flores, ni los de la imagen ni los que pedí; se entregó en tiempo.
