Refund Policy

In case the customer is not happy with our product, we offer full refund up to 2 hours of delivery. The refund is processed to same payment mode from which the payment was made. We will take 2 business days to process a refund request from our side. However, Banks or Credit/Debit Card companies may take up to 10 business days to reflect refund in your account. You are not entitled for any refund after 2 hours of delivery. Please note that we are unable to refund payments made via PayU to OXXO and 7Eleven stores.
