Cancellation And Repayment

  • How can I see my status order?

    You can login to your account or click on this link to check your status order.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order is out for delivery we will notify you via e-mail and SMS with a tracking link. Our high end technology allows you track location of our delivery staff while the order is getting delivered.

  • How can I amend my order?

    There are two options:

    - You can login to you account and change the information on Order section or
    - You can contact us via phone or e-mail

  • How can I cancel my order?

    If you're a registered user, you can login to your account and cancel your order on Recent Orders section. If you're a guest user, contact us with your e-mail and order ID information.
