El pedido tenia 4 horas para ser entregado, de las 2 a las 6 pm, llego a las 5:30 y la destinatario ya se habia ido de la oficina, el repartidor no llamo a los telefonos de contacto para notificar esto. Despues de las 5pm ya no hay asistencia tiempo real y se envia la solicitud a traves de una forma de queja. El arreglo y las flores llenaron las expectivas.
